TechnoConcepts Establishes New Subsidiary Headquarters in Prestigious Hong Kong Science and Technology Park; Company Secures Access to Significant Design Resources and Expands Business Opportunities
VAN NUYS, Calif.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Dec. 28, 2005—
TechnoConcepts Inc. (OTCBB:TCPS) announced today that
Techno (Hong Kong) Limited has opened its new headquarters at the Hong
Kong Science & Technology Park ("HKSTP"). Techno (Hong Kong) Limited
is a subsidiary of TechnoConcepts that was formed to provide the
company with production design and engineering support for its True
Software Radio(TM) products and also to serve as TechnoConcepts'
center of product innovation and commercialization in Asia.

year in securing several strategic business partners in the large and
expanding wireless communications industry in Asia. The company

The HKSTP provides the leading edge Electronic Design Automation

automated test equipment supporting analog, mixed signal, RF and
digital product testing, a product reliability laboratory, and a
product analysis laboratory.

will oversee the Techno (Hong Kong) Limited headquarters, located at
Suite 506, Innovation Center (Building 5), Hong Kong Science Park, No.
